I want to change the email address I use to sign in to my account. How do I do this?

Sign in to your existing account and navigate to the 'Account Settings' page. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click 'Close Account.' When prompted, confirm this action. You will be signed out and returned to the Registration Page. From here, you can sign up for a new account using your new email address - be sure to add any family members that you wish to include under your account.

Whistler-Alert is an emergency notification service to inform residents, businesses, and visitors in the event of natural or man-made disasters that may impact them. Whistler-Alert may be used to issue emergency information resort wide such as imminent threats or AMBER alerts, as well as information targeted to specific areas or neighbourhoods, including but not limited to risk to life, property or health.

The following clauses apply to SMS sent to you by Whistler Alert using Connect Rocket's platform:

To receive SMS you need to opt-in and agree to receive text message alerts.
The frequency with which SMS is sent may vary.
Message and data rates may apply.
To stop receiving SMS (opt-out) text STOP or ARRET.
